HISTORY AND PURPOSE
In 1995, the Corona del Mar High School Foundation
was formed by a group of parents, faculty, alumni and business leaders who were concerned that conventional sources
of educational funding were not enough. They created a private fund-raising
program that, to date, has raised and implemented over $6 million to help bring our school closer to a preeminent
position among the nations secondary schools.
To maintain and continually enhance
this level of education, however, requires annual support of more than $600,000 a year; $1,500 per child each year.
We hope you will join families and the community overall to ensure the success of each and every
student at Corona del Mar High School and Middle Schools with a tax-deductible donation to the Corona del Mar High School
Foundation.
All parents, friends and businesses who pledge $1,500 or more to the
Campaign will be gratefully acknowledged on the Corona del Mar High School Foundation Donor Recognition Board as well as on
our website. To view these donors click on Our Donors and Tech Campaign Donors
But no amount is too small. It is up to us, the entire community to achieve the unfinished
agenda of making our school a model of excellence. We must not settle for less than the very best for our students.
